1. Data controller
The controller of personal data is EdilSync, reachable at: info@rdlabs.digital.
2. Data collected
We collect the following categories of personal data:
- Identification data: name, surname, email address
- Company data: company name, VAT number, office address, phone
- Usage data: access logs, interactions with the application
- Worksite data: documents, photos, messages uploaded by the user
3. Purposes and legal basis
Data is processed for the following purposes:
- Contract performance (Art. 6.1.b GDPR): registration, account management, service delivery
- Legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f GDPR): security, fraud prevention, service improvement
- Consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR): sending promotional communications (if enabled)
- Legal obligation (Art. 6.1.c GDPR): tax and accounting obligations
4. Data retention
Personal data is retained for the duration of the contractual relationship and for the following 10 years for fiscal and legal compliance. Usage data is retained for 24 months.
5. Data sharing
Data may be shared with:
- Other worksite participants (name, email, role) — necessary for service operation
- Technical service providers (hosting, email) — as processors
Data is not sold to third parties.

Under Articles 15-22 GDPR, users have the right to:
- Access personal data
- Rectify inaccurate data
- Delete personal data ("right to be forgotten")
- Restrict processing
- Data portability
- Object to processing
- Withdraw consent at any time
- Lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority
